Love today is much different than its portrayal in Romeo and Juliet with the development of dating apps based solely off physical appearance, and we always want instant satisfaction. We want results immediately and do not want to wait. While in Romeo and Juliet, love is more thoughtful and is expressed through some very grand gestures. We base our relationships on who we find physically appealing even though we may not know them as a person. This is exactly what Romeo did with Juliet except he ended up marrying her not just going out on one date.In our modern-day world, we are always trying to find new ways to make our lives easier.
